Information for Current Range Resources Shareholders Regarding Trillium’s 2013 Shareholder Proposal
On behalf of our clients, Trillium Asset Management filed a 2013 shareholder resolution with Range Resources (NYSE: RRC) which asks the Company’s Board of Directors to:
“publish a report (by October 2013, at reasonable cost, and omitting proprietary information) for investors on how Range Resources is measuring, mitigating, Setting reduction targets, and disclosing methane emissions”.
The resolution is opposed by management.
